While trying to edit videos by zooming in or turning the sound off, the video freezes and no longer functions. I restarted the phone and it does not help. This issue occurs intermittently on my phone. One day it will work, the next day it won't. What is going on? How do I fix it permanently as it is very frustrating when trying to work from my phone. I am referring to the factory installed gallery and video editor. No app.
