This morning I was using my S23 Ultra to check the weather when it froze. After a minute or two it rebooted and now its stuck in a reboot loop. I can't even get it to go into safe mode. Is my phone a brick now? I'd absolutely hate to do a factory reset because I would loose some valuable information

Tried all of that and no luck. Looks like I'm going to lose all my new customer contacts. Is this common?

HI @Budica have you tried forcing a fresh restart? Hold the volume Down and Power Buttons down simultaneously for around 20 seconds or until the phone restarts.

I tried that. ended up in the loop again for a while. Now absolutely nothing is working, phone won't turn on or charge. it was at 100% charge this morning

Hi @Budica
I think it's at the stage now to book the phone in with a Samsung Service Centre.
Good luck.

Good day. I'd like to check out what is the end result of this thread. How did it go? Do you end up ringing service center? Does connecting to a pc work? Just experienced this just now and ive tried all soft/hard resets that would be possible but still didn't work. What seems to be the problem when ur phone is already fixed? @Budica
