Hi guys, I bought a new Samsung s23 ultra and I was in Algeria, tested my UK Sim card alongside the Algerian ones all working fine, when I came back to the UK all sim cards aren't working, they work on other phones real good but not on mine, tried restarting it, swapping sims, resetting network settings, apn etc... none of it worked, it shows as emergency calls only, when I call it says not registered in network.

Hi @charmap

May I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

To begin with unfortunately if you've purchased the phone from another region ,then Samsung Uk may nkt be able to extend support under the Manufacturer's Warranty.

If that isn't the case and the phone was indeed supplied by a Samsung Experience Store or via Samsung.com, a uk reseller, or a network then you can use the 2 year Manufacturer's Warranty.

In the interim as you have already tried resetting the Network Connections via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network then also try >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App too.

This is a support link from Samsung.

As a very last resort in regards to troubleshooting at home you could consider a back up and factory reset.

Feedback via your Samsung Members App can be sent too.

Also sometimes swapping the sim to the secondary sim slot may help.

The final resort maybe to use a Samsung Service Centre.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
