S23 ultra problems

Recently updated to September update, but now I have no fingerprint icon, no always on display and no vibrations for notifications or button presses.

I have checked the settings and they are all on?

I also update it and have no access to anything.  It just stuck at a black page "welcome to one ui 6.1"   and that's it. I can't get into my phone.

Any advice??

I rebooted my handset, so e features have returned but some apps iv had to uninstall and reinstall. Such a pain
