S23 ultra camera interval shots and other functions

Hi, is it possible to take multiple shots with interval on stock camera? I try camera assistant, but it did not take more than 7 photos with timer? I need, for example, 30-40 shots to catch the lighting.

Second question: is it possible to take long exposure photos with daylight? For example for "silk water" effect.

I dissapointed, than my old mi note 10 provede more powerful camera scenarios.

I'm not sure you would be able to do 30 to 40 shots.
Maybe a third party App could help.

As for long exposure. You have Pro mode and Expert RAW.
You can adjust shutter speeds etc

@Floppik, daytime long exposure it absolutely not possible with stock camera app, pro or even the expert raw app. I just tried yesterday and nothing I could do made the image not over expose.
However, iPhone does have something called Live photos and it does have long exposure photo take automatically without over exposing bright areas or highlights.
