Hello!
I've got my S23 Ultra in a pre order and I m noticing some kind of problem with main camera on my phone! It looks like camera glass glue is coming off and spreading inside. It looks like a web and it's making my camera shake and unstable. Sometimes it get blurry sometimes it shakes so bad.
I have attached 2 pics below aswell as some videos too! In one picture there is only one web like line on camera but its spreading as you can see in other picture there are so many now and camera is being shaking and blurry as you can see. Any suggestions what should I do?
 Anyone else have this issue?

Hello @talha7

I'm sorry to see your experiencing these issues 😔

I've not experienced this with my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra.

The camera lenses remain clear.

I would suggest that you contact Samsung to book your phone in with a Service Centre.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
