You could try wiping the phones cache partition. See how it goes once you have done so.

Check to make sure a Google backup isn't running in the background. Sometimes the option to backup files (usually camera) is switched on by mistake when updating firmware. I noticed mine had turned on despite disabling it previously. This can lead to a very significant battery drain in a short period depending on your data connection and upload speeds.

@gaurav101  for the Network issue I would suggest resetting the Network connections, go to General Management-Reset.  can Reset Mobile Network settings or All settings and then Reboot.

However for this issue and Battery Drain clearing the cache partition may help and is recommended after updates, some temporary cache files become outmoded or even corrupt.  these files will be deleted but your Data is intact.

Folow these steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

If you think you have a valid case with evidence to support your claim, knock yourself out.
