S23+ Transfer problems

So I just got my s23+ delivered from dpd and I received my phone and I set it all up but I couldn't transfer my s22 ultra data all the way to the s23+ ,

I really don't understand if this is a common problem or a rare problem so if you know please help me

I find that I setup my phones either by cloud backup.
Or like this time with my S23 Ultra. I use a cable with Smartswitch to transfer my data
I personally wouldn't use wireless to transfer data

I've just got my s23 today and managed to transfer everything from my old s20 straight over with no issues using the smartswitch app and connected my phones via USB c cable 😊

can i ask why you switch s22 ultra for s23+, and which better between them?
