My wireless presenter-pointer (attached images) won't work properly on my s23+, while it works fine on other devices.
When I connect the pointer and start a presentation after a while or after some clicks, it becomes unresponsive. Occasionally, when I use it starts to run the slides without stopping!
I tried to use the pointer on the image gallery app to find out if there was a PowerPoint app malfunction, but the same thing happened in my pictures. The pointer works at first, but after a while, it stops. So, the problem is not app-specific!
Also, I tried the pointer on my PC, my old Galaxy S8, and my brother's Galaxy Note 9, and it works fine everywhere except my brand-new s23+!!!!
I updated to the latest software (October patch), and I performed a factory reset, but that problem persists.
I use the pointer for my work presentations, so finding a solution is essential.

There is no point in contacting the presenter manufacturer as the device works perfectly in my Galaxy S8 and my Win PC, even in cheap devices like Xiaomi Poco X3! The wireless presenters are just plug-and-play devices like keyboards, and they have universal compatibility standards.
In addition, the presenter is fully recognized by the device (pictures included), and it works fine after you connect it. Only after a while of various clicks does the pointer become unresponsive/or run all the slides-pictures at once. Therefore, it is apparent that there is a BUG in the software of S23 Plus.
Samsung relies on users to report bugs in its device's software and officially advises users to report abnormal behavior via Samsung Members or via tech support directly (already did both).
It is worth noting that OTG, along with the Dex function, is a key selling point for the Galaxy S series. Samsung advertises those functions in every possible way, so it is impossible to accept owning a device like S23+, which costs a full-sized laptop (>1000 euros), and the promised features are not working! I bought an S23+ to make presentations at work with DEX (or without dex sometimes) and use all the its functions as I did with my Galaxy S8 five years ago! I would have bought an iPhone if I didn't use those functions for business or wanted such a flagship for games or photos like other users.
Furthermore, my device is under warranty, and the S23 series is still supported (for years to come) by Samsung. There will be a lot of updates with new features and bug fixes, and I want one of those fixes to include the bug in the up & down inputs from wireless presenters. The entire software engineering team in Suwon is focused on working on the S23 Series line-up, as it is their newest flagship device, and they need user reports to improve those new devices.
Therefore i am requesting to report the issue to Samsung software team properly, and I am willing to provide any additional information via email, phone, or any other way you deem necessary.
