Still happens there's no fix what do i do/what brand do I change to

Hi @Rio3505 

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

And if necessary send feedback via your Samsung Members App. 

As for changing to another brand that's a personal decision which I would advise to do your due diligence on.
