Samsung is terrible nowadays

I've seen so many older devices being fine but new samsungs (Especially the s23 series) have huge issues

Video at 4k30fps on s23 ultra will stutter when you start recording and lens switching makes the video lose frames so bad to the point even an old Sony phone would look better. 

120hz will stutter on occasions with both s23 and s23 ultra and there's no way round this. 

The photos are looking worse than they did on s21 ultra. 

I might switch brands because samsung knows all of these issues exist yet still neglect to fix it

It does seem that different owners are experiencing different issues, and some are experiencing next to nil. 

Many claim the Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra to be the best phone released ,and the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra has issues such as camera etc. 

Personally I'm not experiencing any issues. 

As we know Android us open sourced and very customisable too. 

A good troubleshooting step for those experiencing various ussues is >

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode. 

And

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

Samsung has a feedback avenue via the Samsung Members App.

Ever since Note 4 I found every iteration to present day functioning to my liking

I've tried all of this before, I even replaced the s23u and the issue is still there. It's a massive issue samsung refuses to fix and I'm gonna be changing brand soon

Why not film on 60fps

Isn't it smoother then 30fps?
