S23 flickering after one ui 8 update

My s23 128gb, has been flickering like crazy since updating it too one ui 8, I've factory reset it still not fixed the issue. Hard resettee it everything. Not dropped it at all neither has it been knocked. Now its out of warranty. And really considering switching back to apple. This is my 3rd S23 as the the other 2 had display and battery problems.

Just a warning i have always been with apple or samsung. I have just come back from apple I had 3 dodgy 17 series phones all with bad displays. I also learned they put 5 different displays in their devices, you dont know whether your going to get the decent on or bad one till you open the box. In regards to your device have you tried safe mode and have you tried wiping cache partition
