S-view wallet phone case stopped working after update

Help! After the last update, my s-view phone case stopped working.  When I close the cover, it will not turn off the screen. And will not wake when I open the cover. 

I have tried restarting my phone multiple times. I have tried taking the phone out and putting it back in the case.  I have tried clearing the cache. I have tried resetting all settings. When I search the setting for cover case, no settings come up anymore. 

Does anyone have any other suggestions??

Remove the case and reboot the device. Once the phone powers back on install the case back on. If it still does not work, might be a case of waiting for an update for the cover case. You should also send feedback in support in the members app, let the developers know of the issue. I do know that support does end for these s-view cases, but I don't think it will be yet for the s23 that's for sure.

Mine doesn't have any accessories settings either. Such a bummer because I just got this case a few weeks ago. 🙁

I can't locate Cover app in Apps, so I can't suggest you what app cache and data to clear 🤔😑

I do know the support for them do come to end. But the s23 ultra is only 2 years old. Can't believe your s21 no longer works as the phone is still recieving updates itself.

I just sent feedback in through the members app, so I'm hoping there will be a fix eventually.

Works only open and close case (screen turn on and off), led notification died after one (coincidence -April update) too 😑

I hope too, because this could easily happen to my S-view case in one of the next updates. Which I wouldn't like, because I have a new one (green because the purple one is unavailable) and I wouldn't be happy if I threw almost €60 down the drain

I have an s23 ultra and have just put my cover case on and it works after update, also have the option in my menu so is possible it's an update issue? If in doubt, I always check the Google play services app and update that, it's my goto if things are still a bit hinky after I have updated everything else 😂1745957981935.jpg
