S pen rename file bug

On s23 ultra you can't rename a file using spen as the keyboard doesn't pop up when rename is selected. If you select the file by spen and the click the 3 dots but then select rename with your finger then keyboard opens up. Have tried clearing cache etc in both spen and files and keyboard but doesn't work. On the s21 ultra I was using then there was no issue.

I think the S23 does it a little different. Instead of popping up the keyboard, you use the pen to write over the existing name and it converts it to text. Once you start you do get the option of popping up the keyboard.

That's a feature of using Samsung keyboard which you can switch off. This is a bug with spen. I tried this morning and the keyboard opened as usual but the second time I tried then this is what happens. If you then tap with pen keyboard opens but the file name is no longer selected. The other pic is when you press rename with finger

How do you let samsung support there is an issue that any menu with rename as an option does not open the keyboard using s pen?
