I'm wondering if there is an easy, non third-party app method for turning off the ringer sound but keeping ALL other sounds on, including notification sounds. I don't understand why notification sounds get turned off automatically when you turn off ringer sounds. I know I can set my ringtone to silent or I can do a Do Not Disturb but I would have to allow all app notifications. I just want to be able to silence calls at certain times throughout the day.

That automatically turns off the notifications too which is the problem.

Thanks. I have it set to the first one but was hoping I could a quick switch or shortcut to turn it on/off. I guess I'll just do it this way.

Hey @DZMbiz
You can customise the sound notifications via our GoodLock app! If you haven't already downloaded this, you can find it in Galaxy Store > GoodLock > Install. Once it's installed, head into the app > Tap on 'Life up' at the bottom right > Search for 'Sound Assistant' > Tap the install icon next to the name.
Once it's downloaded, tap onto it > Individual app volumes > Tap the + icon > Tap on Phone > 3 dots in the top right > Add > Using the slider, reduce the sound of the Phone app.
