Restore data on s23 ultra

Hi, I seem to be having trouble with bad battery, if I do a factory reset would I use the back up and restore option or a clean install, I set the phone up originally using a app called copy my data from I phone to s23 ultra, thanks

It's worth doing a wipe of the Partition Cashe first from the recovery menu.
You can also repair apps from here as well.
If this doesn't work. Then backup your data and your photos and videos.
Photos and videos I'd setup another online backup like Google Photos as a secondary storage just in case

Do a fresh install then
But try other things that are very quick a go first

It's difficult to gauge battery life with SOT. As it's so variable and a very inconsistent way to calculate battery life.
Very much depends on what apps you have and what they do in the background
How bright you have it etc etc

For me is how long the phone is off the charger to what I'm doing with the phone throughout the day
Ie watching videos will happily munch through the battery as will apps like TikTok and Facebook that pull a lot as well with constant refreshing in the background
