This exact same file appears in my gallery every single day sometimes even numerous times in a day, I don't have any files under that name in my files at all. I cleared the cache of the etsy app, the my files app, camera and gallery. I can't factory reset my phone as I have no possible way to backup EVERYTHING in my phone without losing things. I've only had this phone 4 months. Im running out of ideas.
