Recently signed up to Sky mobile and chose to keep my old number. Went through all the correct channels but 2 days on and I still can't receive texts or calls to my new phone even though the number is showing as the correct one. Called Sky for help and they just say to be patient!!! I cannot sign in to many of my financial apps on the new phone until I have text service.
