Problem with phone

I have a Samsung s23 and I keep getting pop ups how can I get rid of them there every 15-30 seconds now

Look into apps you installed last and remove them

What type of pop ups are you seeing @norma52 

If you used Safe Mode and they stop then it's an app or theme you've downloaded.

Check ur notifications to see which app it's coming from. Just usually chrome or other browser so you'll just need to clear data.

When the pop up come up. Just hold fingee on it to tuen that one off or adjust its settings. Or go on settings and type notifications and go from there which one you require on or off.
