Why prime video in my S23U lags at 60hz? Does it happen to everyone else or just me?

Lag could be caused to Internet speeds too

@Aj2400  is the lag just on Prime Video or anything else? General prime troubleshooting with lags  is to go to Settings in the app- choose Stream and Downloads . In the Use Hardware Acceleration option  turn it off if activated or vice versa.  Try again now.   if still issue stop the Prime video app, restart phone and try the stream again.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Just prime video. I did everything, it only happens when I set refresh rate to 60hz.

To me it is still impossible to watch prime video without deactivating hardware acceleration on a S23+. Really sucks that Samsung says it's Amazon and Amazon says it's Samsung. Good work 👍

Same here,  disabling hardware acceleration "solved" the issue but makes the video in Full HD instead of 4K which is not the same quality.

Samsung please fix this

There is no fixed "refresh rate 60hz" anymore. It is still adaptiv.

Common issue because 60hz is now also adaptive

Paid app can help - but has to be download outside the Playstore
