@Aj2400 is the lag just on Prime Video or anything else? General prime troubleshooting with lags is to go to Settings in the app- choose Stream and Downloads . In the Use Hardware Acceleration option turn it off if activated or vice versa. Try again now. if still issue stop the Prime video app,restart phone and try the stream again.

To me it is still impossible to watch prime video without deactivating hardware acceleration on a S23+. Really sucks that Samsung says it's Amazon and Amazon says it's Samsung. Good work 👍

Same here, disabling hardware acceleration "solved" the issue but makes the video in Full HD instead of 4K which is not the same quality.
Samsung please fix this

There is no fixed "refresh rate 60hz" anymore. It is still adaptiv.
