At first I thought it was my network, however, it was also happening on WiFi. Audio Data Calls were affected on all apps that use voice data, except regular calls. All apps are up-to-date and the OS is also up-to-date, there are no know or diagnosed hardware issues and the distortion also happens while using Bluetooth headphones. I recently did a factory reset but this has not resolved the issue. It is scratchy sound for audio call, like poor signal strength

Try running a diagnostic in your Samsung Members App and see of that throws anything useful up @JamShadow
If voice calls are good then that possibly leads to an issue with the connection with the app at your end or the recievers end @JamShadow
