I beg of you, I can't sell my products anymore because every single photo is added yellow too and when I photograph something of lights it completely overexposure after I take the shot.

Sometimes out of complete desssssssperation I swipe my hand to take a quick screenshot before the thinking-icon is done, and it has changed the colors.

I cannot switch optimizer OFF, only put it to minimum and it does NOT help. My phone is in natural colors not Vivid, I tried pretty much everything. I have been on the phone and chat for hours, wasting my business time.

I am downloading all kinds of photo camera apps now, which I never thought about until I was so sick of this problem and not able to fix it. Even in SAFE-mode, it still does this.

Hello @Members_68rudzQ

I totally understand your viewpoint on how the phone changes the photo.

I would suggest to send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse.

Hopefully in a future updaye they'll allow for the optimisation to be completely turned Off.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

You can use the edit tool on your phone to adjust a photo to how you prefer
I find it's good for quick edits
As part of that you can alter the colour temperature

Just disable 'super hdr' from settings. Within settings just search for super hdr.
