Hi @j48ble
I'm sorry to hear that the Google Play Store app has disappeared from your Galaxy S23 Ultra. Let's help you get it back up and running.
Here are a few steps you can try:
1. Check if Play Store is Disabled:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Tap the 3 lines on the right-hand side of 'Your apps' > Enable 'Show system apps'.
Scroll through the list or search for Google Play Store.
If you see it marked as Disabled, tap it and select Enable.
2. Check App Drawer and Folders:
Sometimes the app may have just been moved from the home screen or into a folder.
Swipe up on the Home screen to open the app drawer and search for "Play Store".
3. Reinstall updates:
If the app is present but not functioning correctly, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Tap the three dots (top-right corner) > Uninstall updates.
4. Restart your device to give it a fresh start.
5. Last Resort – Add account again:
If none of the above steps help, remove and re-add your Google account:
Go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts.
Remove your Google account, restart your phone, and then add it again.
