Hi @j48ble

I'm sorry to hear that the Google Play Store app has disappeared from your Galaxy S23 Ultra. Let's help you get it back up and running.

Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Check if Play Store is Disabled:

  • Go to Settings > Apps.

  • Tap the 3 lines on the right-hand side of 'Your apps' > Enable 'Show system apps'.

  • Scroll through the list or search for Google Play Store.

  • If you see it marked as Disabled, tap it and select Enable.

2. Check App Drawer and Folders:

  • Sometimes the app may have just been moved from the home screen or into a folder.

  • Swipe up on the Home screen to open the app drawer and search for "Play Store".

3. Reinstall updates:

  • If the app is present but not functioning correctly, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Tap the three dots (top-right corner) > Uninstall updates.

4. Restart your device to give it a fresh start.

5. Last Resort – Add account again:

  • If none of the above steps help, remove and re-add your Google account:

    • Go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts.

    • Remove your Google account, restart your phone, and then add it again.
