Hi! I want to know why i have on my recent album , a photo that i don't have it on my phone. It can be someone who i blocked trying to send me that picture?

But if that person is blocked why i can see the picture on my recent album ? I have the option on for save the whup pictures but as long as that person is blocked why i can still see what he's trying to send to me? I do not receive any message on whup,i can only see that picture on my album.
