Hi

How Do you transfer photos from S23 Ultra to PC

I connect my S23 to my PC with a USB-C cable but, my PC (windows 10) do not see the S23

Do we obliged to do that "Developper's Options" things ? How can we do without that ?

Thanks

When you plug the phone in, at the top of the screen in the notifications, it should say 'charging', if you click this you can change to file transfer and the PC should recognise the phone

Hi @Nigoto  i assume you are using a Samsung charger.  Ensure you have the necessary  USB drivers, however should be the case if the latest version of Smart Switch installed.

It may though be as simple as changing to File Transfer in the drop down Menu as @GusB  describes. If for any reason there is still an issue it is actually quite straightforward to change the default to Transferring files via Developer options.

If Developer options not set up Go to Settings-About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times. Will need to enter password ,Pin or Pattern at this point. See more details here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-turn-on-the-developer-options-menu-on-my-....

The easiest way is to switch on Link to windows in your phone settings and switch on link to phone in windows settings. This should launch a connection when you plug in the phone

Also when plugged in, pull down your notification panel and click USB connection and check it's not set to charge only
