Phone heating Issue after one UI 7 update s23 ultra

Hello everyone,

I was excited about new one UI 7.0 update. But last night, when I charged my phone. after couple of hours (might be 4-5 ) my phone was so hot like an iron. Was never been so hot during charging anytime before the update. 

If anyone has same problem please let me know for any solution please.

• I have been having this same issue aswell, having to recharge 3-4 times throughout the day whereas before I never needed too even once. The battery heat issue is very concerning as it is not just warm but hot.
• When can we expect some kind off fix for this issue?

Ever since I've downloaded one UI 7 my S23 Ultra my phone has been heating up a lot while I'm using it. The battery now drains faster which forces me to charge the phone 3 times a day. I haven't heard Samsung addressing these issues and how to fix them.
I should've kept my software on one UI6.1

UI 7 drains battery, heats up the phone - this is worse when I use wireless charging in my car! Also, when I pull down the top bar it wont show the date and when I swipe for notification the brightness or sound changes instead! Too many swipes and getting nowhere. How can we push samsung to remove this update or fix the glitches. My phone was perfect and then the update happned :"(

Yeah s23ultra here and I have some issue, like got very hot and battery drains fast.

I have servere battery drain and heating issues on my S23. The SoT goes from 8-10hr to 6-7hr, and the phone gets so hot just from scrolling social media that I've to put it down. I don't even play games or use the phone while charging, and I've applied most of the settings that save power and limit performances. Samsung really messed up this time, the issues are so bad that I wouldn't have bought the phone if they persist. Let's hope they fix it ASAP.

 I found out that one "Speech Re..." drain my battery after the update. I stopped it to work from background. I will se what will happen.

Thank you very much for your comment, in my case apparently everything is normal in my battery applications, in fact all except for YouTube & Spotify, have the battery option restricted 😞
