i have a 23ultea 256gb . and other files occupied 100 GB storage ! i have nothing on my phone ! just few app and storage keep getting full ! i bought the phone last week . updated to last version

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
Do you use conversion apps to convert say YouTube to mp3 files or mp3 to mp4 to upload to YouTube if so delete the data from them apps you don't need to sign in to
