Option to turn off entering "ok" after each pin input is missing

I set up my PIN and there was no option to tick to turning off "ok" after each time I enter it.

I have the latest updates to unsure if that has affected it?

Hey there

This has been covered several times on this forum recently. It is still there, just in a different place.

Go to settings, security and follow the steps to create a new pin. It needs to be 6 digits or longer. After you enter your new pin first time, you'll have an option underneath to remove the need to press ok every time you use your pin.

Now re-enter your new pin and you're good to go.

Note - if your pin is already 6 digits or more, you can follow the above and use your existing pin.

Oh, so it has to be 6 digits!

Mine is 4 & before that, I used to have the option to not press ok & automatically unlock once entered.

So I assume the latest software update changed the min numericals entered to be able to deselect having to press ok?

This was commented on earlier this week and another Member in this Forum commented that it needed to be 6 digits or more to bring up the option for "ok or not ok" 👍

What device do you have?

It does work so unless you have a very old device then you're missing a step I suspect
