One UI 7 recents apps issue

Is anyone else annoyed with the "Recent apps" interface? It shows the last opened application layered behind the others, further in the background, which is really confusing.

These endless recommendations to "clear the cache" doesn't work. One UI is a constant problem.

Do I need to save my data or these steps have nothing to do with factory reset that is wiping all your data?

Does anyone still having this issue?? If yes i found some quick fix to this without need to wipe cache partition..... So how to fix this is just turn on the auto rotate then open the recent apps while in landscape mode then try again in my case the glitch is gone even after i turn back to portrait again
