Banner doesn't appear for my S911B Model does anyone else also have this issue 😞

I have the option for both my s23 and s23 ultra,one is unlocked and the other is through network provider(Tesco 02)

Try actually closing the Members app properly & then reopen.. that's what I had to do before banner showed up
