Hi all

On play store app, notifications is number 1 but when I press on it empty? How to resolve it? Thanks

I have that notications on mine, if you click on your photo profile in top right corner where your picture is, it will bring up a menu, go down the list and it will usually show the number'(1 or 2) in the notcations and offers part. That tells you what the notications is about mostly games etc. They won't show unless you click on it.

Unfortunately there us empty, second attached photo. That's why I asking how to get of that number

Click the bell 🔔 that's saying you have received one.

Tut..I've got it now! Caught up with everything but bell icon still shows notification red dot.

I uninstal updates and now all ok
