No wifi no update

I can only update my s23 ultra on WiFi, i can't over data??? I can't even choose, any one has the same problem?

Are you taking about updating the Operating System and Security Patches or updating apps via Play Store?

Yes, same for me. Maybe try wifi sharing from another device

I was able to update everything on mobile data but now it's trying to force wifi.   I'm on low income and don't have wifi nor access to wifi.   Where I live there is no option for home Internet except mobile hotspot.   I can't use my mobile hotspot for a wifi update.  If Samsung does not fix I will be selling my s23 ultra and this will be the last galaxy I ever own.   People don't have all the extra these days due to costs.

Oh and I already switch the intelligent Wi-Fi to switch to mobile data but software or security update still won't download at all.

Samsung will blame it on the provider..and the provider will blame on samsung..I say it's samsung. Does the provider design the drop down templates ? No they dont..so does samsung have extra alternatives laying around ? Highly doubt it. So that means the phone was designed with the one informing you you can only do it with wifi. Although I wouldn't put past the corp.rats to forget a deal of no more updates using data..I mean look who were talking about.
