I keep having network issues!
My partner is on the same network but with a Motorola phone and has no issues.
The only way to restore my network is to wipe my partition cache and do a reset.
This is happening every couple of days now.
Is my phone faulty? It is still under warranty, so is this worth investigating? The network is Vodafone, which I have been with for 1 year now. Used to have a little network trouble when in very rural places, but this is happening around town or even at home every couple of days now.
Please help!

Have you checked your APN settings and Network mode ?

This could be a few niggles @lefox1 

  • Run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App. 
  • Test the sim in the alternative sim slot. 
  • Test your sim card in another phone to rule out a sim card issue. 
  • A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
