NFC issues London metro

Any one from London, having issues with NFC scaning on metro stations and buses with their s23 ultra ? It never worked for me. 

If im taping same physical on the taping point it will work.

I had no problem using NFC with my gallaxys23, but I've not used it for a bit

What kind of case is it? Check without it and see if works better. I also have a case on but it is a simple ringke case

Used S23U earlier this week without issue on London underground.

Device is in a case.

Are you using Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet?

Are you using a UK bank card?

Other than that, think it may be a question for TFL?
