New S23 Ultra - Recent Samsung Health exercise history missing after a data transfer from a backup

Hi, I have purchased a new s23 Ultra, I have transfered all data from Samsung backup and the Google back up. For some reason Samsung Health is only showing my exercise history on the S23 up untill last August, yet the S20 is showing all history. Why would it stop showing the history up until last August?

I have tried backing up the S20, then restoring to the S23. Any ideas anyone??

Have you tried using Samsung smart-switch

Have you turned on sync with Samsung account in Samsung Health.

Main Samsung Health page, click on the three dots top right, settings then turn on Sync with Samsung account.

Hi, yes both phones have sync to Samsung account turned on, just installed the latest update and tried again by restoring from S20 Samsung account and the history from August is still missing from the S23 but still in the S20. Weird!!

Sorry, yes I used Smart Switch at first. I have also tried again with a Smart Switch transfer.
