Network issue post security update to ui8.0

I am not getting sim network post this update , tried multiple sims the network isnt there even for 10 mins , even for esim . Pls suggest what can be done.

Ok,worth trying. Obviously your decision but I think little chance with class action. As you used the term attorney I gather you are based in the US. Whilst everyone is welcome here we are the Uk/Ireland community.

Yes I spoke with a Samsung rep and unfortunately I was not able to record the call or set up the recorder in time and notify him that I was recording the call. But I can get this through the freedom of information act anyhow he stated to me on the phone that himself personally has received hundreds of calls concerning the UI 7 update where customers will no longer able to connect to the wireless network or had a very very poor connection at best and at Samsung was aware of the problem and was working on it . My two nephews are corporate attorneys and are working with a class action attorney to get this case in court. The huge hurdle is after all the information and facts are gathered, a judge decides if it will go forward as a class action suit. All the plaintiffs involunt have to agree to the same damages that were done to their product also. This could take years and here in the United States Justice is on the side of big corporations. This was evident in our opioid settlement suits where I was supposed to get $50,000 for the damage is done to me when I was prescribed opioids for breaking four vertebrae while working at a federal installation. All the states and municipalities got billions of dollars added up and the personal lawsuits were turned into a bankruptcy hearing as these companies like Purdue and other pharmaceutical companies we're given the option to have their bankruptcies heard and then default on them and go into a second bankruptcy and hide more money and give more bonuses in the hundreds of millions to executives. Leaving individual lawsuits like myself with barely nothing. It is a huge gamble but I'm not sitting back and taking this ***** from Samsung

Welcome to the f***** up world of Samsung. Not only version 8 but version 7 and version 6 did the same thing disabled thousands upon thousands of people's phones from the mobile network I bet the only use you have for your phone now is when you're on Wi-Fi and occasionally get a s***** signal here and there but mostly nothing. I have already initiated a lawsuit against Samsung I have two lawyers in my family that are working on it on there spare time and it will become class action shortly when it does I'll put up the link for the law firm. Samsung refuses to acknowledge their damages.

Zero solutions The only time I may get a signal outside is by disabling 5G and toggling airplane mode on and off but doesn't last long

I appreciate your suggestions but for 90% of the community out there this does not work. Samsung's software updates did physical damage to hardware on the phone especially the antenna

Yeah, I'm also facing the same issue, network drop suddenly and emergency service only,  internet is also not working properly , calls also not working. Every payment is depends on the payment apps for UPI payment that also not working, life suks becoz of this shitty upgrade. Hope samsung fix this and release a new version, even the support team also doesn't have enough knowledge to fix this, this reset network, restart, sim reinsert nothing is working.

This has happened on update 7 also to most s22 through 24 phones. Samsung will not take responsibility for the damage they have created. It's a software issue that damage is hardware most likely your antenna. I bet you have perfect wireless service in the house using Wi-Fi. I have a lawsuit pending and my attorney is speaking with other attorneys trying to get a class action suit together. These bums will not take responsibility and unleash unproven software updates to destroy phones there are tens of thousands of cases of this

There's thousands of cases not hundreds and it's happening with update number 8 also besides number seven. I have bought an iPhone I did not want to go that route but I'm glad I did. I have a couple of YouTube channels where I slam Samsung and I'm getting hundreds upon hundreds of followers and thousands of views telling people not to buy Samsung products I'm going to blow it up as big as I can and use every forum possible, You see I'm retired and I'm on a mission these bums will not recognize the problem but will continue to steal from people it's criminal what they're doing
