Need a expert please help! My phone keeps restarting.

Since I went on instagram this evening my phone keeps restarting I open instagram the screen goes black then next thing I know my phone is restarting.

I've turned my phone on and off and it seems to be not just when I go on instagram there's no pattern now, it will just keep restarting every so often.

Anyone help please.

I would say uninstall Instagram if thats what your thinking is causing it

I have Instagram on my S23 Ultra and have no issues at all and know of other who use Instagram without issue

I would report via Members App and send logs to them

Check for app updates in both Samsung and Google play store.

You could also download Good guardians and run the galaxy booster app.

Probably the Instagram app it self as it is pone to having bugs in it. I wouldn't think you need to download any other apps as that's unnecessary just do a Google play store update if there's one available, they come very frequently.

Update. Not been on instagram since and it still keeps restarting only done it once since I posted this though

I have not had issues with Instagram at all, I use it and on it alot

Yes I figured out it's not instagram that was a coincidence

I would definitely send in error report to Support and send logs, they do get back to you.

Thanks for the advice! I have sent them samsung said they are looking into it
