My Samsung S23 Ultra is not compatible with android auto on my Mitsubishi Outlander 2023 model. My other phones are compatible with the android auto in the same vehicle.
I complained at the car service center today and discovered that they were able to connect Samsung s24 ultra (the technician's phone) to android auto in my car.
This is troubling to me because how can i have a flagship phone like Samsung S 23 ultra and not be able to connect to my car android auto. I would appreciate any advice or assistance i can get to resolve this knotty issue.

How did they at car service connect and what are you trying to connect and what happens when you do

The car service center connected to android auto using their Samsung s24 ultra via Bluetooth. However, I can't connect my Samsung S23 ultra to Android auto either with Bluetooth or the original cable. The USB cable and Bluetooth sees my device but doesn't seem android auto. I need to access Android auto for ease of Google maps access
