Do you think that samsung should include all microsoft apps to take overvsamsung apps as my preference is they seem to work better in syncing with my laptop eg edge is better than samsung internet onenote is better than samsung notes etc outlook is better than samsung email

Why not have both? MS apps are free to download and use

Samsung isn't apple, your not tied to imessage or mail or whatever its called

Is about choice. Some may prefer Microsoft some may prefer samsung and we have that choice. I prefer samsung everything as it all matches the ui nicely.

No. Samsung are already duplicating functionality provided by Google and forcing it on people. SwiftKey (MS) is installed but I don't want it and I cant remove it. Same for OneNote and Foursquare (Gallery). PhoneLink. McAfee (Device)

Samsung phones are bloated with more and more apps these days that people cannot remove

@Anonymous User Microsoft Apps may be your preference but opinions differ (though I use some) on a Samsung Device think need to have the ability to use Samsung apps if desired.   A number of Microsoft apps are preinstalled on many devices or available from the play store. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/Microsoft Apps

When we're forced to have duplicate appd that take up resources like memory and battery yes.
