Likewise Samsungs affiliated mobile phone repair service is awful service broke my screen 6 weeks ago booked it in with likewise

They would cancel every appointment the night before ended getting it fixed elsewhere after having 7 appointments cancelled.

I'm disheartened to hear you've experienced less than the exemplary support that Samsung strive to provide @Spud82 

I would hope the alternative avenue is a Samsung authorised centre because if not your warranty would be voided.

Sadly, I agree. Likewize are a nightmare, bodged my repair twice, and caused more damage, currently with Barclaycard as a charge back, to then find someone else to repair.

I'm with EE they now do on the day repairs in store

Must admit the whole buying Outright is cheaper sometimes with a cheap PAYG SIM but when things go wrong it's a pain.

I may also look at EE pay monthly, recall it was about £20 more a month over 24 mths though.
