Hi if your s23 phone is lagging and one ui keeps crashing, make sure you go into app settings for one ui, go to battery and make sure it has unrestricted access. Mine was set to restricted battery access and I have spent many hours with live chat to sort the problem out.
I cannot find the setting that you mentioned on your original post. I am not sure where to find the battery app setting for one UI. Cannot find anything that's referencing unrestricted battery access.
Someone advised me that I shouldn't have used Samsung switch as I came from s22 ultra. I was advised to do another factory reset which I don't think I can afford to do given my MFA and other bank apps .
