I am having travel with a bank login as when OTP comes the keyboard doesn't open up to key in the digits. I have upadted it but still not resolved any tips

Are you using the Samsung Keyboard @yasaal 

Sometimes a keyboard reset cam help.

I think I've also seen previous posts concerning similar to this so it maybe beneficial to conduct a forum search.

I might have misunderstood the question but I have occasionally come across text boxes or pop ups where the keyboard doesn't pop up or disappears. To get around this you click inside the text box with your finger which makes the keyboard pop up? I'm not sure what causes the keyboard to disappear but I think background activity moves focus away from the text box, which hides the keyboard, but clicking inside the text box unhides the keyboard. I hope this helps
