how to return phone to samsung

had s23 for about 3 months. battery fantastic at first. now battery drains quickly with very little use. any ideas jow i return phone to samsung?

You need to investigate what application is causing your quick drain issues. You can use the battery settings to check what is draining the phone.

P.s. it is now 3 months old. There is only a returns policy for 14 days for satisfaction... after that period then there is a warranty... however the service centre would have to see your issue as a manufacturing problem and not a user issue.

I would suggest that your phone drain is caused by some random app that has been installed... definitely the first thing to check.

Battery

Scroll down to where your usage is displayed to see what is using your battery.

If there isn't anything personal, maybe put a picture on here and members can perhaps give you guidance.
