I'm using the base s23 because the ultra is so bad I can't even use it but the WiFi will turn off and leave it unusable and I'm wondering if there's a way to fix it. I have tried resetting network settings and no that doesn't do anything
Samsung maybe able to read a bug file and determine the cause? I can't say I've had an issue or heard many others with that problem? Does it have any problems on Data dropping? Just asking because my old 20 used to drop signal all the time and it turned out to be a setting on the auto switch to data in roaming! If you don't use it abroad try turning it off. Good luck.
Have you tried using a friend's WiFi connection? Does it happen then etc. Seems weird 2 phones going down 🤔. Also, did this start after installation of an app? I would doubt it's 2 faulty devices as opposed to a software setting etc.
It does sound like a device issue then. I'm truly shocked as all my Samsung have been good(bar the small issue with the 20). Back door units or black market as they're called I could expect to get problems but not genuine kit! Good luck and maybe drop a quick post if you do get sorted? 🙏
