How can I change my quick settings/notification bar to a more modern look?

Hello, I got my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra yesterday and I really hate this old quick settings menu from Android 10. I really like the more modern ones from Pixel's and Xiaomi phones. Is there any way to change it? Are there themes?

Already tried it and its the same thing like samsung's quick settings, just worse.
I also didnt find an option, with which I can enable an Android 12 like Style

In your post you said notification panel like Google pixel's & Xiaomi, you should search the play store for something you might like.

Honestly, your best bet would be to get the pixel if you hate the older style toggles. There may be third party apps that may change the appearance though.

BTW I'm not trying to be funny or anything, I just think if you hate it you should go for what you like. I would have liked to have the pixel toggles as well but I don't hate the ones on One UI or I would not buy it. I still like it as well.

You can't without buying a different model of phone type like the iPhone or Google pixel, one plus one etc
