S23 ultra: Issue with hiding Apps & un-hiding tab greyed out within the home setting tab anyone eles having this issue or a fix please let me know.

Are you using the good lock app?. Sometimes if you use modules in good lock, it can unable some normal settings. It could be home up that's causing the issue.
