Hi my phone does have access to variety of app on play store, I keep getting massage that is not in my country where as my other phones has access to these apps. 

Please double check for me. Am in the UK.

Can I ask which merchant provided your phone to you please 🤔 

Obviously your Google Playstore should let you download any app available in the Google Playstore for your region. 

Sometimes an app won't download if it's an older version or nkt the right coded version for a particular phone model. 

Can you provide a couple of examples of the apps you do not currently have access to in order to download.

It's also worth a check to see what location has been set on your Google Account via PlayStore as this can also impact what you can download
