Help with One UI removal!

Hi guys

So, I signed up for the beta program and then got notification to download the beta - thankfully, I just read that Google pay won't work on the beta so I managed to pause the download and it's still paused at 30%!

However, there seems no way to cancel the download - I am still on 5.1 which I want to remain on and I guess that until you actually install the update, the option to withdraw from beta doesn't show up in Members (tried looking on settings but cannot see any withdraw options)

My concern is what stage is my phone at now it's paused on download of a beta? If a new 5.1 updates comes out, will it override the current beta download ?

Alternatively, I don't mind waiting until full release of 6, but again, will the phone see that as later and override the beta at that stage?

I do have a backup and could do a full reset and restore, but realistically, there must be a way to cancel a download if it hasn't been installed? 

Tried online everywhere looking for some form of setting or app to force stop but no joy!

Any help appreciated and yes, I realise this is the danger with betas !!! (Had plenty of experience with the fruit version devices)

Can't help you with this... but why not to try use Samsung Pay instead? If this is the only issue ?

Never used it before, always been google or apple pay - not wishing to sound clueless but does it work anywhere that Google pay works ???

You have to wait till it's fully installed before you can leave the program

Not all banks support samsung pay or curve

Depending, where do you use it? Samsung pay works in any shop transport ect haven't had any issues using it out at all also more safer as even if your phone is unlocked need fingerprint authentication to use. Downside is that do not support many banks in UK however I have curve as Samsung pay+ and there I have all my cards the only one that its not supposed from my experience is AMEX but Samsung pay does supposed it. And with double tap feature with the lock screen button make it so much easier to activate and easier than swipe up when locked screen.

Can you not go into your files to see whether or not the update has downloaded or not. If it has, you should be able to delete it like any other file. I've no clue if something that's only partly downloaded will show up tho, but it's worth having a look.

Maybe just turn your phone off mid download
