There's this icon showing up on my locked screen and am clueless on to what this is about. I prefer to keep my notifications cleared and this kinda annoys me. Please help.

It looks like pinned AOD note with an S pen.
To get rid of it when you tap your screen once when it's locked do you have a memory or something on the screen with the selection on top with X (recome) or pen icon edit? Or is there is an option to press and hold on the icon or double tap to expand and it should be and X button.
Another thing to try is to take an S pen out while your screen is locked draw something press 📌 icon lock screen press it once and edit, and X icon should appear press X and it should remove it. ( I'll attached the screenshots)
Usually it's in the middle and smaller than it is from your screenshot.
