Grouped message notifications a pain

I have a Galaxy S23 with Android 14 and One UI 6.0. 

I am continually losing messages because my fingers are so big that I can't tap the tiny tiny down arrow in the top right of my grouped notifications for messaging and social media apps. 

Everytime I try to tap that tiny little arrow I obviously miss it because the group notification disappears along with the dozen or so message notifications it contained. 

Can anyone help me set the default to single ungrouped notifications please.

Hi, You don't have to necessarily click on the arrow to see the individual notifications. You can just touch and drag down anywhere on the grouped messages to expand them.

Samsung taking control of what notifications get grouped with zero settings to control it is why I left Samsung.  Got tired of it being impossible to have chronological order, newest to oldest, ungrouped.

Just lost another dozen of notifications and started searching to find this sad post.

So there's still no option for chronological order without grouping?

I haven't bothered even looking at new Samsung options until I can get notifications displayed in a sane fashion.
